Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.
Love the relaxing AZ life at this 4 bedroom home located in a quiet, North Phoenix neighborhood near the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. It boasts a large backyard swimming pool (HEATING OPTIONAL) and an orchard of fruit trees (grapefruit, orange, pear, fig). This listing is for the entire single level home including the backyard with a pool and lounge areas. Enjoy the fruit when in season and enjoy the tranquil backyard area year round. The home is 1700 square feet with a large open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances and a fully stocked laundry room. There are 2 bathrooms total (1 off the master, 1 for the guest rooms). All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries for your entire group.

We can accommodate 2 vehicles. Please park in the driveway and/or the Garage. No overnight street parking allowed.

swimming pool (heating optional) is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($75/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.
Pool Heating Optional
Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ's wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.
This home is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise. This is not a party house, social hour house or happy hour house. This is a family oriented vacation home.
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $300, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.
